Video Pick: H2O: What Happened?

In this week's video pick we're gonna kick it old school NYHC style with H2O and their video for "What Happened?" It features Sick of it All's Lou Koller and Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba as well as Michael Rappaport doing a little intro. The song is off their latest album Nothing To Prove which came out last year, and it is awesome vintage H2O just like the old days.

They are currently on tour with Dropkick Murphy's and will be in NYC on March 6th at Roseland. It's sold out, but don't worry they just added another Roseland show on March 7th. As a matter or fact I have to grab some tickets myself.

These guys are awesome. I saw them live and they put on a great show. I like the realness and simplicity of the video.

First, why is Skiba in this video?
Second, why do they sing about it not being about the fashion while getting their hair cut?
Ok, that all aside, this was cool as hell, with the best parts obviously being the old show fliers! I was at the Tramps show, and I have a Coney Island High t-shirt. I used to rock out at the Wetlands all the time ... brings back some great memories.
