Featured Band: The Thermals
It's good to see the punkier indie rock bands getting more popular these days, and although The Thermals have been around since 2002, they definitely have that punk flavor in their sound. In their career this band has gone through several member changes and put out several EPs and studio albums with Sub Pop. On April 7th, their fourth full length Now We Can See will be released by their new label Kill Rock Stars.
Their single and title track "Now We Can See" is a pretty awesome song, but you can check out a bunch more songs on their myspace page. Kill Rock Stars just announced their U.S. tour dates, so be sure to check that out as well. For all you New Yorkers they will be at the Bowery Ballroom in NYC on May 8th and 9th.
